YMCA : Dorm for 3Cedi(2USD). just cheap. you will need to take bucket of water for shower or washing because water supply is cut off. .there is personal locker in the room but it is not safety enough. you must be very carefull
HOTEL DE CALIFORNIA : single for 9Cedi(6.25USD), double for 12Cedi(8.3USD). bucket shower as well.

I'm not sure whether water supply is cut off whole city though it was bit difficult to stay in Accra. especially seeing heap of something in a toilet bowl which is piled up like 31 ice cream.
